The IWA –ASPIRE Asia are is a conference held in every 2 years, this year the expo is located at Daejeon Convetion Center, Korea from 5 days from 8^TH – 12^TH of September. All water resource professionals attended to this conference and hopping to exchange the latest technologies in these 5 days.

The thesis is about Non-Magnet Drive and multi functional intelligence electronic water meter, the accuracy and stability of measurements, digital signal transmitting mode, automatic water leaking detecting function, to corporate with AMR system, and be able to fulfill the need of water resource management. Furthermore, this thesis is also analyzing the non-magnetic electronic water meter management and benefits; it is not only suitable for water companies but also for governmental departments, schools and residents. By using electronic water meter can successfully improve the management, economical benefits and supply our next generation a clean water resource.
